SHOPPERS are tightening their wallets thanks to rising costs.

Inflation is now at a 41-year high of 11.1% in October – which means you’ll be on the hunt for money-saving hacks.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has confirmed that inflation is now at its highest level since 1981 – after economists had forecast the figure at 10.7%.

And that means the cost of a weekly grocery store has skyrocketed – with annual grocery bills most recently rising by around £533.

To help households keep down the cost of their weekly groceries, we’ve rounded up the best supermarket discount codes and offers.

And remember to keep checking back for more, just in case – you never know what other deals and offers are out there.

Children can eat for just £1 in all Asda cafes across England and Wales.

The offer was first launched in the summer, but is set to continue through early January.

Asda hasn’t introduced a minimum spend for adults, which means you don’t have to spend a specific amount to get the offer.

The Kids Eat for £1 offer is available all day.

And this month plus December, adults over 60 can order soup, a bun and unlimited tea and coffee for £1 in all 205 Asda cafes.

One child under 16 can eat free at any Morrisons cafe when you purchase an adult meal of £4.99 or more.

A child’s meal includes a piece of fruit and Tropicana Kids orange juice, apple drink or a bottle of water.

Complimentary meal must be from the cafe’s children’s menu and cannot be combined with any other offer.

The deal is currently unlimited.

Customers can also get £10 off their first online store when they spend over £50.

You’ll also get an extra £20 off your next three stores when you sign up for Morrisons’ latest offers by email.

Keep in mind that you will be charged a delivery fee, which may vary depending on the time of day you book your slot.

To find out about the latest Morrison offers, you can log into a MyMorrisons account.

Signing up is free and shoppers can receive digital coupons that can be used for instant savings in stores.

Sainsbury’s offers ‘feed your family for a fiver’ advice – helping shoppers find cheap dining deals.
