It owes £974,107 to 12 creditors including suppliers, HMRC and BT.

Leslie’s husband – former Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday striker Lee Chapman, also 62 – is owed £869,933.

Insolvency practitioners believe Chapman, who is also the company’s chief executive, and the other creditors will be left out of the bag as Souk’s assets total £186,999.

Documents revealed that Ash agreed to “voluntarily wind up the company.”
