The self-love advocate showed viewers how she gave her bum an extra boost with her quick trick.

On her TikTok, she usually posts workout tips, sports fashion, and related moments in her life.

In a video on the platform, she shared some “tips and tricks for gymnast girls,” according to her video caption.

In this particular video, she told her audience about her “scrunch” top to pin down long boxers.

It all started with the content creator posing in front of the camera in an empty gym.

She wore a chic and stylish burgundy workout set that showed off her muscular physique.

The brunette turned to show her side profile and butt before looking forward again to demonstrate the fashion hack.

First, Mic pulls the fabric of the shorts up her right leg and aligns it down the middle of her thighs so they are level.

Then she turned around to show her butt again and pulled up at the waist.
