A devastated father has paid tribute to his son after the boy was killed in a horror blow.
Tyler, 12, was walking when he was hit by a car in Crawley, Sussex, around 2.45pm on Friday.
The boy was taken to the hospital but unfortunately died soon after.
Several floral tributes were left at the scene when police officers asked for information related to the crash.
A tribute left by his father at the crime scene tells of Tyler’s “beautiful smile” and “good heart”.
His heartbroken father also called him the “brightest star that shines in the night sky” in the emotional tribute.
Sussex Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed any part of the incident or has relevant dashcam footage.
