TESLA is currently causing a stir in the sales charts, turning heads and surpassing its German luxury competitors.

One Tesla model that hasn’t arrived yet but that people are eagerly awaiting is the Cybertruck, which Elon Musk says will launch sometime next year in 2023.

Some people say the electric truck may never arrive — but one company that’s clearly anticipating it is Space Campers.

This American company has designed an incredible pod for the back of the Cyber Truck, turning it into a campervan.

The wedge-shaped pod sits atop the Cybertruck’s cargo bay and can be attached and removed in seconds with the right kit.

A folding roof then offers up to two and a half meters of standing space. Space Campers also says a double bed can be folded down from the roof section for a good night’s sleep.

And when you’re not sleeping, the bed can be folded away to make room for a small sink and kitchen hob, induction cooker, kettle, fridge freezer, desk and small seating area for remote work.

Of course, unlike an internal combustion engine truck that needs its fuel or an external generator to generate the electricity that powers any camping gear, the Cybertruck’s large battery has it all covered.

Space Campers also included a solar roof, interior lighting, four power outlets, an adjustable awning, a built-in exhaust vent, and keyless entry.

Optional extras include a roof rack, thermally padded floors, a built-in movie projector and an outdoor shower stall with a portable toilet.

There’s a catch, though – the Space Campers Cybertruck sleeping pod doesn’t come cheap.

It’s priced at $24,000 in the US, or the fat end of £20,000 for us here in the UK, and that’s before you had to ship it.

You can now place a refundable deposit and the more you spend the more priority your order will be given plus other perks.
