FOODIES can have their Christmas dinner served on a portion of fries.
They are loaded with turkey, ham, sausage, stuffing and gravy.
And there’s even a pot of cranberry sauce that sits alongside the dish for £8.90.
New Mossley Chippy’s Christmas crisps were a huge hit with customers in Belfast last year.
Takeaway chefs posted online: “After many requests, our Christmas chips are back!
“We’ve also introduced a cranberry sauce dip for those who like a little sweetness with their turkey.”
Meanwhile, a fish and chip shop in Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, has put up battered mince pies and pigs in blankets for sale.
Zac Zachariou of The Fish House said: “We want to bring a little bit of happiness into people’s lives.
“Our Baked Mince Pies are a taste you might not have imagined before.
“But once people try one, they will always come back.”
Customer Liam Lloyd said: “It’s not a combination you think would work, but it actually works.”
