VP Harris visits Monterey Park; Calls on Congress to take action against gun violence

Vice President Kamala Harris visited Monterey Park on Wednesday, where she urged Congress to prevent more mass shootings like the one that killed 11 people at a nightclub in the California city on Saturday.
