Swedish authorities have decided to lure people into picking up their rubbish – by making suggestive comments such as “mmm yes”, “left only” over audio.

A daring government has turned to seductive tactics to convince residents to stop defileing sexy trash messages.

The Swedish government has programmed trash cans with sensual audio responses in hopes that people will get turned on and want to throw out their trash.

As part of the campaign, two slippery bins were placed on Malmö’s Davidshallsbron bridge, which is close to the city’s main shopping street

Cheeky online footage, according to the insider, features a series of naughty phrases from the trash can, including “Come back quick and do that again.”

When the person opened the trash can, quips like “Oh yeah, right there” and “That was crazy good” were elicited.

It was reported that the city bought 18 advanced trash cans five years ago, but this is the first time they’ve received a sexy vote.

Marie Persson, department head at Malmö Roads Authority, said the campaign aims to “positively reinforce people who are doing the right thing by making them laugh”.

“The phrases are part of the campaign’s intent to get more people talking about the dirtiest thing there is: trash. The stuff that ends up in our streets, squares and in the sea,” she told local media.

The street boss said the voice, speaking in Swedish, belonged to a “famous person” who wished to remain anonymous.

“So please go ahead and feed the bins more trash… yeah, just like that,” Persson added.

It’s unclear if more trash cans will get a tantalizing voice to crack down on littering.
