Peter Morales was arrested after four schoolgirls claimed he inappropriately touched them during school hours earlier this month – he has been a teacher for over 10 years

A substitute teacher has been arrested on suspicion of abusing four children in a classroom in separate incidents.

Peter Morales, 69, has been accused of touching his students at Adams Elementary School in the city of Santa Ana, California.

Police said the alleged victims, aged eight and nine, reported that he touched them inappropriately.

They said in a statement: “On May 6, 2022, Santa Ana police officers responded to Adams Elementary School to investigate allegations that Peter Morales, a 69-year-old substitute teacher, sexually harassed four students in the classroom.

“Each victim was harassed individually and at different times of the day.”

They reported that he was a teacher for the Santa Ana school system for 18 years before becoming an assistant teacher.

According to ABC 7, investigators believe there may be other alleged victims who have yet to come forward.

Morales was charged with child molestation and subsequently posted bail after it was set at $100,000 (£80,000), police said.

The Latest Page News previously reported that a youth pastor at a summer Bible camp in America drove across the state line to have sex with a girl.

Joshua Henley, 33, disgustingly traveled back to Tennessee to take the minor to Indiana in June 2021, where he slept with the teenager, who had just turned 15.

She later revealed that the former pastor had engaged her in sexual activity since she was 13.

Another 15-year-old child had told an adult that he also asked her to send sexually explicit photos in 2020.

Police found the pictures of the two girls on his phone and also found footage of him having sex with another girl just months after her 14th birthday in 2020.
