The Magic FM DJ Emma Wilson – known as Emma B – said she is “so very sure” that she was flashed by Wayne Couzens 13 years before he murdered Sarah Everard.

Police are investigating the allegation that she was sexually molested in London in 2008 by a Metropolitan Police officer who kidnapped, raped and murdered Ms. Everard in Clapham on March 3 this year.

The 48-year-old was sentenced to life imprisonment for his actions.

The 50-year-old, who waived her right to anonymity, told Radio 4 Hour of the woman Show how she was walking her child in broad daylight when the incident occurred and how police officers “laughed at” her when she tried to report the incident.

She said, “I’m so sure it was him. It adds to the clamor of the chances of stopping this man.

“It was aggressive and it was violent, it wasn’t the kind of cartoon character we got from this local peeping tom or the local flasher … It was aggressive, it was purposeful, it was calculated.

“I immediately thought I was in danger.”

Recalling the moment she reported the incident to the police, she said, “He was playing with himself. And there were details in his arousal that they found quite amusing, and it was really humiliating.

“I remember telling them clearly, I really hope that’s all he has to do. And I said that at the time because I was so surprised at how weak their reaction was.

“I said at the time, I really hope that’s all he has to do, and a big part of me really hope he wasn’t. Because if it were like that, it would be terrible. That it could have taken so very, very long … “

Ms. Wilson said she told her husband and friends what happened at the time, but recognized Couzens “immediately” when she saw the news.

Of her decision to speak out at this point, she said, “I have a teenage daughter who has just moved out of home. And I want to be able to tell my daughter that when she goes out with her friends, she can be herself, that she can wear what she wants, that she should walk the streets with confidence and cheek the way I want her to.

“At the moment, as a mother, I don’t have the feeling that I can do that, well, realistically, authentically and credibly, to tell her that you are safe.

“I really hope that we won’t just wait until something happens to our daughters. And that you never have to deal with something like that … “

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “On Friday October 8th, the Met received a complaint regarding an investigation into an alleged improper exposure incident that occurred in Greenwich in November 2008. The complaint will be examined by officials from the Professional Standards Directorate. “

Another alleged victim reportedly alleged that Couzens molested him three years before Ms. Everard was murdered in Deal, Kent.

The drag performer claims he was in disguise when Couzens started molesting him in a bar before proposing that he have sex in an alley.

Detectives are supposed to conduct investigations.
