WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (KABC) — Three teenagers allegedly tried to “dine and run” from a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Ohio, taking an employee on a wild ride on the hood of their car as they tried to escape.

Sunday night’s incident was caught in part by the dashboard camera of a police cruiser responding to the scene in Willoughby, where the suspects’ vehicle was reaching speeds of up to 60mph when the restaurant worker grabbed the bonnet.

The fleeing car eventually got stuck in the snow.

The 16-year-old driver and her two friends, both 17, were arrested, police said.

“I saw our manager bolt out the front door and say, ‘I’m going to call the police,'” said Kayla Sherman, a restaurant worker. “It surprised me, so I ran out with him.”

Willoughby Police Detective Lt. John Begovic said: “It no longer surprises me to note that.

“Just when you think you’ve seen everything, something else comes to mind,” said the lieutenant. “Again, we’re just grateful that no one was seriously injured in this case.”
