Billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos says humans will give birth in space and you can visit Earth as easily as visiting a Yellowstone National Park

Billionaire Jeff Bezos claims that in the future humans will give birth in space, with an entire colony being built there that would use the earth as a vacation home.

The founder of Amazon and Blue Origin says that in centuries to come, humans will live in giant cylinders in space that could recreate Earth’s natural environments.

This would recreate rivers, forests, and even wildlife in a space house that could house a million people.

Bezos made his predictions for the future during a surprise appearance at the Ignatius Forum in Washington, DC in 2021.

Bezos said at the event: “For centuries many people will be born in space, it will be their first home.

“You are born in these colonies, live in these colonies, and then visit Earth like you would visit Yellowstone National Park.”

Bezos, 57, has spoken to his company Blue Origin about the colonization of space in the past and introduced concepts of space habitats in 2019.

According to Business Insider, Bezos described the colonies as being able to have weather compared to “Maui on its best day,” claiming it was possible “year round.”

He also told the Guardian that there will be no rain or earthquakes.

The concept was named O’Neill Space Colony in honor of Princeton physicist Gerard O’Neill, who came up with the idea in 1976, and the ambitious plans would put a trillion people in space.

O’Neill’s theory was that other planets may not be sustainable for human life outside of Earth, which Bezos agrees.

During this week’s conference, Bezos added, “Even if you terraformed Mars or did something very dramatic like that – which, by the way, could be very, very challenging – even if you did, that is, at most, doubling the earth. “

“Then you go from 10 billion people to 20 billion people.”

Bezos also confirmed that he believed in extraterrestrials and asked, “How could that not be possible?” with so many galaxies.
