Brendan Leigh Russell, who calls himself BSlice DotCom, was found guilty of causing “extreme pain” and infection to his customers after failed procedures

A body modifier mutilated clients during botched procedures that involved removing part of a woman’s genitals.

Brendan Leigh Russell, from New South Wales, southeast Australia, was convicted of willful genital mutilation and assault in 2015 and 2016.

The 40-year-old is currently awaiting a verdict on a third manslaughter charge after a woman died in early 2017 from a silicone snowflake implant.

But the tattoo artist pleaded not guilty on all charges and his attorney argued he was not responsible for his clients’ horror side effects, News AU reports.

The artist, who claimed he was better than doctors, was accused of using a branding iron to remove part of a woman’s labia.

The woman, who underwent a medical-legal labia surgery, was reported to have suffered pain for a full year after her surgery.

Then it turned out that Russell was not a licensed doctor.

He reportedly left another woman who suffered from a gaping infected hole in her stomach after a botched tummy tuck.

The court heard him pierce her fascia as he dug a scalpel into her open wound, causing internal and external bleeding and leading to emergency surgery.

Judge Syme said the process was “clearly dangerous” and there was “little or no consideration for proper informed consent”.

He was found guilty on Monday and his charges could lead to maximum prison terms of 21 and 25 years.
