Drugs valued at £ 450,000 were found in a raid on a property in Kirkcaldy.
Two people have now been arrested in connection with the find.
At around 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, Scottish Police officers executed a search warrant on an address in Townhead, Kirkcaldy.
During their search, a cannabis grow was discovered with an estimated street value of £ 450,000.
Two men, aged 27 and 30, were arrested and charged in connection with drug offenses and are tried in the Kirkcaldy Sheriff’s Court today.
During the operation, officers blocked access to the nearby closed Royal Hotel.
The warrant was carried out as part of Operation Pinnacle.
Police officer Craig Lyle said, “As a result of this recovery, a significant amount of drugs have been intercepted and removed from the community.
“Public support is absolutely essential to help us identify and disrupt those involved in the drug supply, and I want to continue to urge people to share any information they have with officials to pass on.
