Alexandra Moss wept as her shameful double life of dealing drugs was revealed in court when police found her selfies with bags of cannabis, piles of cocaine and a bathtub of toxic liquid

A former socialite became a bubbling mess in court when the shame of her drug habit was exposed.

Alexandra Moss, of Rose Bay, Sydney, Australia, was arrested in April 2021 and charged with supplying multiple drugs after police found dozens of incriminating messages and selfies with bags of cannabis, piles of cocaine and boxes of GBL on her phone.

According to documents revealed in court, police claimed Moss came into possession of a 25-litre container of GBL and began dealing drugs from December 2020 to April 2021.

During this time, she took photos posing with the large blue tub of illegal liquid, with police also finding photos of her and another man “decanting” them into individual bottles.

She also had several text messages about the price of the substances, claiming customers paid about “3,000 out of pocket.”

In one of the messages, Moss claimed the liquid was so toxic it would “burn holes in plastic and carpet” and that she “filled” her bathtub with it.

A friend had tried to warn her about her heavy involvement with GBL, but the socialite didn’t seem to care, saying “it’s only 29 years” in prison.

Police searched the 27-year-old’s home on April 15, 2021 and found a glass bottle and pump and 9641.5 g of 1,4-butanediol in the cupboard above her kitchen sink.

They also found handwritten drug books, 52.88g of cocaine and 3.13g of methylamphetamine in a black locker in her kitchen.

An envelope containing six sachets of white powder was labeled “Powder batch $250/$300 (£144/£173) each”, 4.86g of MDMA in a resealable bag in a plastic container above her stove and 130g of cannabis and 1200 $ (£144/£173). 686.78) in a large envelope were also seized.

Moss is the former owner of Pretty Girl Fashion Group, which billionaire James Packer invested in in 1999.
