SUPERMARKET prices are skyrocketing – but there’s a way to maximize your loyalty points and get up to 3x more.

Loyalty programs such as Tesco Clubcard and Sainsbury’s Nectar give you 1 point for every £1 spent and 1 point for every £2 spent respectively.

When you spend them in store, each Tesco Clubcard point is worth 1p and each Nectar point is worth 0.5p.

However, both loyalty programs offer you the opportunity to double or triple your points to redeem at partner companies they have partnered with.

But while some of the deals are great bargains, others should be avoided.

Here’s the full list of Triple Up Loyalty Swaps you can get and if they’re worth it.

Exchange £8 of Tesco Clubcard vouchers and you’ll get a three-month subscription to Disney+, which will normally set you back £23.97.

This is a very good use of your points as Disney+ deals and deals are hard to come by.

Of course, it’s only worth converting the points if you’re using Disney+, so check what movies and shows are on offer and if you’re likely to watch them.

You can transfer vouchers from 50p to £1.50 for Merlin attractions.

These include most of the major theme parks across the UK, Sealife Centers and the London Dungeon.

But unless you really want to spend a day at a theme park, this isn’t a good deal to redeem your points.

Elsewhere you’ll regularly find deals and discounts on theme park and Merlin attraction tickets.

It is possible to get 2-for-1 tickets, offers where adults go free or half price with vouchers.

You can convert 50p into Cineworld vouchers worth £1.50 but there is a minimum spend required.

You must redeem at least £10 Clubcard points to qualify for the offer, which will give you £30 worth of Cineworld vouchers).

This is a decent deal if you’re going to Cineworld and potentially paying £10 for three cinema tickets.

But there are cheaper cinemas to go to, with tickets around £5 each – so maybe there’s a better way to use your points if you’re not worried about which cinema you’re going to.

Your 50p is £1.50 vouchers for many high street restaurants including Pizza Express, Zizzi, Prezzo, Bella Italia and Cafe Rouge.

But if you’re planning a meal, you might want to check out coupons and coupons before redeeming your points.

Recently, Pizza Express, Bella Italia and Prezzo all had 50% off meals – so it might not be the best use of points when you can get a comparable deal anyway.
