MANCHESTER UNITED prodigy Alejandro Garnacho is reportedly in line for a move from Real Madrid.
The Argentine is seen as one of the most exciting prospects in the Premier League after joining the Red Devils squad this season.
Given his fine form, United are keen to tie him to fresh new terms and it’s been suggested they could increase his £5,000-a-week wages tenfold.
However, according to Relevo, that could be complicated as La Liga giants Real Madrid are reportedly keen on signing the 18-year-old.
The outlet claims Madrid are monitoring his situation at Old Trafford and see him as “one of the big stars of the future”.
Born in Madrid, Garnacho worked through the ranks at Atletico Madrid before joining Manchester in 2020.
The report also says that ‘Madrid and Garnacho like each other’ but there are other clubs interested in signing him.
During the Premier League break for the World Cup, Garnacho traveled to Madrid to spend time with his family.
Although United are trying to cement their future, he has held several meetings with his representatives.
Garnacho’s contract expires in 2023 so the Red Devils will have to act fast to get his signature.
