In another picture shared to her Instagram account, Lucy revealed that she secretly revealed the gender back in August.
In October, Lucy sparked speculation that she was engaged to footballer boyfriend Ryan.
The couple initially kept the pregnancy under wraps after suffering a miscarriage in March this year.
She told OK!, “I’m scared but excited.”
Ryan added, “I’ve always wanted to be a young dad so I can be active with them.”
Speaking of her heartbreaking loss earlier this year, Lucy said: “It’s been a traumatizing, horrific time.
“Even though so many people go through it, you never expect it to happen to you.
“I had envisioned this little person coming into our lives and then she was taken from me.
“It was really a mental challenge and really awful to deal with but Ryan was so supportive.”
