Various things were thrown at them during the process, including offal, rotten fruit and vegetables, and slime[/caption]

In explanation, the test ant said, “This is Grot Yoga. It’s hot yoga like you’ve never seen before. Each of you must sit on one of these mats in the three tanks.

“There are 8 stars to be won, so there are 8 rounds for this trial.

“Each round we will show you a yoga pose, you all have to copy this pose and hold it for one minute [chanting] ‘om’.

Dec added: “If you successfully hold your pose for a minute, you have another minute to pass a star from one end of the process to the other and end up in the collection pot, using only your mouth. Each star successfully placed in the collection pot is equivalent to a meal for the camp.”

Dec added, “If you drop the star in your tank or on the ground, it’s lost.”

Various things were thrown at them during the process, including offal, rotten fruit and veg, and slime for Mike and Seann, while Boy George faced slime and the rotten fruit and veg.

Poses included The Moth, The Pigeon, and The Mudcrab.

George, Mike and Seann managed to bag all eight stars for camp – but viewers weren’t impressed.
