Martin Lewis reveals when you should never do your laundry — but there’s a catch

One shopper told MSE of her success with the tool: “Bought £200 Tefal Actifry for £70 listed as cosmetic damage. Arrived unmarked.

“Great bargain.”

The Tefal Actifry is £149 at Currys – and that’s cheaper than the usual price for £100.

We also found the same model at Argos for £250.

And it costs £149.99 if you buy it from Aldi – although that’s where we spotted the Ambiano Dual Basket fryer for £110 less than Ninja.

Of course, you should always shop around first to see if you can find a better quality product for less money.

Prices can also vary from day to day depending on what offers are currently available. So check this out and also look at the shipping costs if you order online.

There is a handy comparison site – Trolley.co.uk – which compares the prices of 130,000 products across 14 major supermarkets.

The Latest Deals app also lets you search for items and compare prices across multiple supermarkets to see where it’s cheaper.

For example, you can buy a 5.7L Instant Vortex Plus Fryer for £80 from Argos – less than £120.

It serves five to six people at a time.

And Iceland is bringing back its air fryer, which flew off shelves last month because of its bargain price.

The coveted kitchen helper sold out within a week of its last availability.

Iceland shoppers who missed October can pick up the 4L Tower Air Fryers from November 28 – but there’s a catch.

Only customers who spend £20 in store can get the fryer for the discounted £35, unlike last time when it was just £35 with no minimum spend.
