Here’s how you can dine at the restaurant featured in FOX’s hit cook-off, Hell’s Kitchen
The latest season of Hell’s Kitchen is upon us. If you’re a fan of cooking shows, then you must have stumbled upon Gordon Ramsay’s brutally honest cook-off series. For anyone craving a meal at Hell’s Kitchen or wanting to be a part of the show as guests, the good news is that it’s definitely an option. But it’s quite a lengthy process. You can follow a few ways to dine at the popular restaurant.
A show that has some superbly talented chefs vying for a name in the culinary world is a grueling competition indeed, complete with Gordon’s brand of “sharp” insults. Many of the culinary industry’s top chefs are alumni of this reality series, hosted by Michelin-starred chef Ramsay. So it’s no wonder fans are curious to see if they can dine at the restaurant hosting the show. Here are a few ways to eat at this fine eatery where the reality show takes place.
Sign up with a casting agency
The show is filming two seasons at the same time, so the meal times are odd. It’s filmed for eight weeks every few years, and Ramsay and his crew are present the entire time. The extras are brought in before the whole process through set casting calls. So signing up with a casting agency to be an extra on the show (as a guest) is a great way to sample the food prepared throughout the series. Tracking the show’s socials can also be helpful in finding out when the casting directors are looking for extras to appear as viewers. However, castings for shows of this caliber are in high demand, so there’s a good chance you won’t make it. Also, being cast as an extra doesn’t necessarily mean you eat the food or, for that matter, meet Ramsay.
There is an official ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ restaurant where fans can actually dine
There is another option for fans of the show to dine at the restaurant featured in the show. At Caesars Palace Casino in Las Vegas, Ramsay has opened a Hell’s Kitchen-themed restaurant of the same name that replicates the set of the actual show and serves the same type of dishes. While it might not be the real deal, it does an excellent job of replicating the show’s setting. Here you can sample the exact recipes that Gordon hassed or (sometimes) praised the contestants for. Of course, the star chef is not shouted at here. You can even make a reservation yourself to ensure your table is available whenever you plan to dine at the establishment.
Season 21 of Hell’s Kitchen is scheduled to premiere Thursday, September 29 at 8pm ET/PT on Fox.
