Three years ago, the Queen’s granddaughter said yes to entrepreneur Jack Brooksbank. For this anniversary, Princess Eugenie is now sharing a very special moment from the celebration with her fans.

On October 12, 2018, Eugenie von York and Jack Brooksbank swore eternal loyalty at a romantic wedding in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. For the walk in front of the altar, the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson had chosen a dreamlike floor-length robe in white flowing fabric from the Peter Pilotto label.

For the evening, Eugenie switched to another elegant creation: a high-necked powder-colored dress by designer Zac Posen. Only a few recordings of the private celebrations with friends and family have been released to the public. Three years later, the 31-year-old is now sharing a very special moment with her fans on Instagram.

The photo shows Eugenie and Jack apparently in their first dance as a man and woman. Happiness can be seen in the Queen’s granddaughter, she beams into the camera. The face of her newly wedded man cannot be seen, but Jack has gently hugged his cheek against his wife’s, holding her tightly in his arms.

Even today, Eugenie seems to fondly remember this romantic moment. “Happy anniversary, my dearest,” she wrote to Jack about the post, which also made her around 1.5 million followers happy. Within a few hours, more than 100,000 posts were marked with a “like” heart, and the comments were followed by congratulations.

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank have been a couple for more than eleven years. On a ski slope in Switzerland, there had been a spark between the two in 2010. A year later they made their love public at a horse race in Ascot, followed by the wedding in 2018. In February of this year, baby August crowned the couple’s happiness.
