IT COMES omens! England’s top three players in the Lions Den Dart Challenge all scored 66 points.

Players in the series have unlimited darts to hit various targets in 30 seconds – and Declan Rice, Luke Shaw and Mason Mount all scored in the same year that England last won the World Cup.

Mount, the last of the trio to score the spooky aggregate, was blown away by the flight of imagination ahead of Monday’s opener against Iran.

The Chelsea midfielder said: “This is just strange. .. Impressive!”

Gareth Southgate’s team have taken part in assignments, driven F1 driver Lando Norris and spoken out about childhood memories on England’s official YouTube channel.

And what should have been the easiest challenge turned out to be the craziest – when she realized the dream of emulating the heroes of the 1966 Three Lions World Cup.

Mount had a special target, hitting 46 darts from eight – just in time for another try before his half minute was up.

He chose the riskiest circle – a “ball” with a score of 40 – where you lose everything if you hit the hand holding it… and got the 20 on the outer circle.

Presenter Josh Denzel initially welcomed Mount as the new leader of 76 – before later revealing his miscount.

With Denzel and Mount both spooked by THIRD 66, the 23-year-old playmaker joked, “I’m upset I didn’t win.

“But that’s just weird. that’s…wow!”

Shaw and Rice appear to be safe starters in Doha on Monday and Mount is also in contention.

But Southgate confirmed Kyle Walker and James Maddison are not yet fit enough to be considered.
