McKellar recently shared that she had a “miraculous” faith experience. In her post about the death in her family, she shared that her faith has comforted and guided her through this difficult week.

But I can tell you the Holy Spirit was in me and with me during this difficult time and I’m just so thankful. 🙏❤️🙏”
