Novak Djokovic has again had his visa withdrawn by the Australian authorities. However, a court hearing in Melbourne was scheduled at short notice for 8:45 p.m. local time (10:45 a.m. CET). This was announced by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia via Twitter.
If the Serbian tennis star is unsuccessful with an appeal, he will have to leave the country and will not be able to defend his title at the Australian Open, which begins on Monday. Djokovic also faces a three-year entry ban to Australia.
